Fruit Ninja is an addictive game from Halfbrick Studios and is a smashing hit on the iOS and Android platforms. The simple idea of slicing fruits turned out to be a great success, and Fruit Ninja can be counted as one of the best and up-put-down-able games ever made for a mobile, or, a Tablet! Although it seems that Fruit Ninja is not released for the Galaxy Tab P1000 on the Android Market, there is absolutely no need to worry. The best and the only alternative way is to have Applanet installed in your Tab. Here’s how

Fruit Ninja is a game for all ages. Weather its a 2 year old kid or a very old man, Fruit Ninja is very easy to operate. Slice fruits, that’s it? Not really. You can play on an Arcade mode and make a highscore depending on how many fruits you sliced before you missed three, or sliced a bomb!  Its mainly based on your reaction time, starting from when you see a fruit and slice it before it goes back, or when you see a bomb and have enough sense to leave it without a scratch.

Other modes include Time and Dojo etc in which you see how many you can slice before the time runs out. There is also an online scoreboard, so its not that easy to be the best. It takes an attentive mind and a practised blade, err finger, to make you the number one Fruiter! 

As I have a 7 inch screen, the graphics tend to be a little on the bad side, and because of the bigger display, seem sort of stretched out. The thing I love about Fruit Ninja is that everything in the game is controlled by your blade. It moves wherever your finger does, and of course, with the help of multi-touch support, you can have as many blades as you like on the screen. Even the Option Menu has something to be sliced before the game starts! After you play the game for a while, you’ll be able to unlock new kinds of blades of different shapes, colors and sizes.

What makes it so addictive is the temptation and determination to beat your last highscore, making Fruit Ninja a must have for the Samsung Galaxy Tab. Here is an official arcade mode trailer video:
